A better beginning for serious investment conversations.
PitchSeen helps founders present an opportunity with discipline and gives investors a clearer way to decide what deserves a closer look—without confusing attention with commitment.
Why PitchSeen exists
Fundraising often begins with scattered attachments, untracked links, repeated explanations, and little certainty about what happened after “send.” PitchSeen brings that first part of the relationship into one deliberate workflow: prepare the opportunity, publish a concise view, let relevant investors discover it, approve deeper access when requested, and follow the conversation with context.
One opportunity, two experiences
For founders
A structured readiness centre brings the pitch deck, executive summary, delivery timeline, and financial report together. The founder reviews extracted information, corrects it before publishing, controls each investor's document access, and sees factual engagement signals that help prioritise follow-up.
For investors
The investor chooses sectors, preferred stages, and typical ticket range, receives alerts for matching opportunities, browses beyond those preferences when desired, and requests only the documents needed for a deeper review. Every introduction remains non-binding.
Control before access
A protected document does not open simply because someone has a link. The investor requests a specific file; the founder approves it; PitchSeen verifies the investor's registered mobile number; and the investor accepts the displayed confidentiality, restricted-use, and non-circumvention acknowledgement. When several approved documents belong to the same investor and opportunity, they can be delivered through one secure session without weakening the document-level record.
Evidence without exaggeration
PitchSeen records opens, active viewing time, slide or page progress, document requests, approvals, verification, and acknowledgement events. These are useful facts—not a prediction, recommendation, or declaration of investor intent. The platform helps both sides act with better context while leaving judgment and due diligence where they belong: with the parties.
Our role has a clear boundary
PitchSeen is an information and networking platform. It is not a crowdfunding service, broker, exchange, fund custodian, placement agent, investment adviser, or due-diligence provider. It does not collect investment funds, accept commitments, negotiate transactions, close deals, or take a success fee. Potential transactions happen independently between users and their advisers.
Designed for trust, not theatre
We favour practical controls over absolute claims: private storage, document-scoped approval, mobile verification, acknowledgement records, access revocation, and transparent limits. No software can completely prevent screenshots, photography, copying, or misuse on another person's device. Our responsibility is to reduce exposure, preserve meaningful evidence, and explain what the technology can and cannot prove.
