Information sharing and non-binding introductions only

PitchSeen is an information and networking platform. It does not operate a crowdfunding service, collect, hold, or transmit investment funds, or accept or process investment commitments. PitchSeen does not execute, negotiate, or close transactions, provide investment, legal, or financial advice, or endorse, verify, or perform due diligence on any user, company, or opportunity. Introduction requests are non-binding and are not offers, solicitations, or investment recommendations. Any potential transaction occurs independently between the parties, who are solely responsible for their own legal, regulatory, and tax compliance and for conducting their own due diligence.

Viewing activity is not investment intent.

Use viewing signals to prepare for a conversation. They do not prove that someone read or understood the content, or decided to invest.

From sharing to conversation

Prepare. Share. Follow up.

From your first deck to its updated version, organise your round materials, private links and recorded viewing activity.

  1. 1

    Set up your funding round

Add your business details, round timeline and PDF deck. Wait for the deck to finish processing before sharing.

  2. 2

Choose who can access your deck

Select a recipient and set an expiry date if needed. Direct recipients verify a code to view your deck in their browser—no PitchSeen account required.

  3. 3

    Plan your follow-up

Review return visits, pages viewed and active time, then decide what to ask or share next.

Keep your pitch current

An updated deck.
The same link.

Your questions, answered

Before the next share.

Explore all questions
Does the investor need a PitchSeen account?

No. A private deck recipient does not need a PitchSeen account. Starting a viewing session requires the code sent to the email address or phone number linked to the private link, and acceptance of the access acknowledgement. Browsing the investor portal requires sign-in.

What exactly can I see?

The founder sees recorded link activity: opens, return visits, active viewing time, pages reached and the deck version viewed. These signals do not establish the viewer’s identity, that they read or understood the content, or that they intend to invest.

Can I update a deck after sending it?

Yes. When you replace the active deck version, active links open the new version after processing, without resending them. Earlier activity stays linked to the version that was shown.

Can PitchSeen stop screenshots or copies?

You can pause, revoke or set an expiry for a link inside PitchSeen’s hosted viewer. Screenshots or copies outside that environment cannot be guaranteed against. Share sensitive material only with recipients you trust.
