Share your pitch deck in an accelerator application
Follow the programme’s instructions first. When a pitch deck link is accepted, use this guide to prepare access, test it and submit the right version.
Check the application requirements
Confirm whether the programme requires a file upload or accepts a link. Check the format, file size, deadline and time zone. If an attachment is required, submit the attachment rather than substituting a link.
Prepare the final deck
Use accurate information relevant to the programme and a file you own or have permission to share. Remove unrelated client or third-party confidential information. Check the final version and wait for any file processing to finish.
Prepare reviewer access
Check whether your link requires a verification code and an access acknowledgement, and confirm that every reviewer can complete those steps. Review the access requirements before choosing a sharing method. A recipient-bound link that requires verification may not suit a review committee, an automated form check or a programme requiring a public link or downloadable file. Follow those requirements: use an attachment or another sharing method the programme accepts. Do not assume PitchSeen fits every application. Ask the programme if its access requirements are unclear.
Test the recipient’s experience
Use a separate browser session to check the recipient’s access and confirm that the correct file opens. If the link expires, check that it remains available throughout the expected review period. Copying a link does not prove that it was delivered or opened.
Submit and follow up appropriately
Paste the link into the requested field and keep the submission confirmation. Follow the programme’s instructions about contact and follow-up. Viewing activity does not prove investor interest, admission to the programme or the identity of the person watching.
Before you submit
What viewing activity can tell you
An opening, page progress or active time is an observation. It does not establish interest or an application decision. No recorded activity may mean that the application has not been reviewed, that access was blocked or that activity was not recorded. Each programme decides which submission methods it accepts.
Share your own deck with PitchSeen
Review the product details and access settings before creating a link. Always follow the recipient’s submission requirements.
