Delete your account without losing your way.
PitchSeen lets you request deletion inside the mobile app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can start the same verified request from this page.
Delete from the app
Sign in to PitchSeen, open Account settings, choose Delete account and data, and confirm. Your access is disabled immediately and active sessions are revoked.
Request deletion without the app
Email hello@pitchseen.com from the address registered to your PitchSeen account. Use the subject “PitchSeen account deletion request” and state whether the account belongs to a founder or investor. Do not send a password, one-time code, government ID, or financial document by email.
What happens next
We verify that the request comes from the account holder, disable access, and normally complete deletion within 30 days. Account profile data, uploaded files, preferences, and associated activity are deleted or anonymised unless a record must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial records, or legal compliance. Retained records are isolated and used only for that purpose and period.

تتيح لك PitchSeen طلب حذف الحساب من داخل تطبيق الهاتف. وإذا لم يعد بإمكانك الوصول إلى التطبيق، فيمكنك بدء الطلب الموثّق نفسه من هذه الصفحة.
الحذف من التطبيق
سجّل الدخول إلى PitchSeen، وافتح إعدادات الحساب، ثم اختر حذف الحساب والبيانات وأكّد الطلب. يُعطّل الوصول فوراً وتُلغى الجلسات النشطة.
طلب الحذف من دون التطبيق
راسل hello@pitchseen.com من البريد المسجل في حسابك، واكتب في العنوان «طلب حذف حساب PitchSeen»، وحدد ما إذا كان الحساب لمؤسس أو مستثمر. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو رمز التحقق أو الهوية الحكومية أو أي مستند مالي عبر البريد.
ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك؟
نتحقق من صدور الطلب من صاحب الحساب، ونعطّل الوصول، ونكمل الحذف عادة خلال 30 يوماً. تُحذف بيانات الملف الشخصي والملفات المرفوعة والتفضيلات والنشاط المرتبط بالحساب أو تُزال هويتها، باستثناء السجلات الواجب الاحتفاظ بها للأمن أو منع الاحتيال أو تسوية النزاعات أو السجلات المالية أو الامتثال القانوني. وتُعزل تلك السجلات ولا تُستخدم إلا للغرض والمدة المعنيين.
